the location was excellent.
the air conditioning did not produce warm air. the room was cold and i was told there were no other complaints. i discovered there was a problem on the seventh floor, but i was not informed until i inquired a second time. i found this lack of transparency frustrating.

average stay due to noise issues

street noiseunresponsive staff
I had significant noise disturbance in my room from the street. It seriously affected my sleep. It was AWFUL. Breakfast was okay. but a quiet experience was impossible due to the crowds. The staff didn't seem to care much about my concerns, FRUSTRATING.
